Let me put this in very simple terms:

  1. Status Wallet does not have customer service
  2. Even if we did, customer service would not contact you via the Status wallet app, or Telegram

From my understanding of what you wrote above, your funds have been stolen. If the funds are in a wallet that’s not under your ownership right now, there is literally nothing the Status team or Status contributors can do about it. The Status Wallet app is free, and open-source. Anyone can use it. This is why we advocate for people to be cautious and careful when interacting with people they do not know, especially impersonators claiming to be Status, MetaMask, or TrustWallet support.

Status does not have customer support.
The individual claiming to be customer support in the images you provided is not in any way affiliated with Status. They are most likely an impersonator and just someone who is trying to scam you. Stay safe.

And from there they scam my funds,
We should work out to return our funds from their website,
