Description: Button that could be toggled and allows returning messaging screen to bottom after scrolling up.
Use case: As a user, I want to be able to scroll back to the bottom of a chat so that I can have a great experience using the chat.

Why this is important: Many times when people scroll up a chat, they do that because they find the conversation interesting and are trying to read previous messages on that conversation. After reading up, no one wants to read the same thing again, and currently you have to scroll and scroll to get down to the bottom.
