Idea name: Emergency Remote Self Destruct
Description: Upon account creation, create a self destruct code. When a device receives a self destruct code signed by it’s own private key, the Status application should destroy all stored user data and messages to the extent possible and uninstall itself. The sending device should ignore the message.
Use case: *If I lose physical control of my device and suspect it is in the process of being compromised, I want to be able to send a remote self destruct message to my device so that any friends or loved ones sending me messages are not themselves compromised.
This is inspired by the iPhone/Signal/FBI vulnerability.
