I am trying to understand the specifics of costs that generate within the network. When someone stakes or sends a token, do fees accumulate? I assume no gas fees do as that would create enormous costs. But how do the token transactions are recorded and transmitted - are they completely off chain or also on Whisper as chat msg?
Any help to understand this much appreciated. Kudos to you all for pulling off this project. Just recently discovered the dapp and amazed!
